Great stuff Rita. How’s the scene like in Vietnam? We’re doing a lot to educate Thai brands about how “Gamification” (yes, I hate the word too… but people love buzzwords) can help them engage and retain users. You should swing by BKK and check us out!
Still really early days in Vietnam. Some companies are using a few gaming mechanics but there’s little in the way of formal training or knowledge transfer that I’m aware of. I do my small part by presenting on it when I’m asked to.
